Good to know
How do crowns work?
You earn a crown when an order of £20 or more (after discounts, before postage) is completed. 5 crowns gets you a £10 code for an order of £20+, valid for 90 days. Past orders on your account count.
How does Invite a mate work?
Share your link or code from your account. Your mate gets £5 off their first order of £30 or more. 30 days after that order is completed, as long as it hasn't been returned, we email you a £5 code for an order of £30+, valid for 90 days. It's for new customers at a new address only, you can't use your own code, and you can earn up to 10 rewards a year.
Does it cost anything?
No. An account is free, and there's nothing to pay or cancel.
Can I use a reward with another code?
Only one code goes on an order. Rewards have no cash value.
