Names and numbers do not last forever. Years of washing, tumble dryers and the odd hot iron can leave a favourite shirt with peeling, cracked or missing letters. Our nameset repairs can often put it right.
Every shirt is different, so we always look at photos before we agree to a repair. Request a quote online and we will come back to you by email. You can post your shirt to us from anywhere in the UK, and if you are local you can drop it off at our Warwick office instead.

How nameset repairs work
- Request a quote. Tell us the club and season, what is wrong and the date you need it by, and add photos of the back of the shirt with close-ups of the damage.
- We email your quote: whether the lettering can be repaired or replaced, what it will cost and the tracked postage. It stays open for 7 days.
- Pay and send your shirt. We email a prepaid QR code, sent via our delivery partner Royal Mail. Show it at any Post Office with your parcel and they print the label. There is nothing to print at home, and nothing else needs to go in the parcel. If you are local, drop it off at our Warwick office instead.
- Follow it and get it back. Your tracking page shows each stage, with photos. Repairs usually take about a week, then it comes back by Royal Mail Tracked, or you can collect it from Warwick.
Matching the original lettering
A repair only looks right if the new lettering matches the old. For Premier League shirts we hold genuine official namesets from several eras (2007–2013 Lextra flock, 2013–2017 PS Pro and 2017–2023), so in many cases we can replace damaged letters with the correct official style. If we cannot match your shirt, we will tell you before any work starts.

Can every shirt be repaired?
Not always. It depends on the fabric, the type of lettering and how damaged it is. That is why we look at photos first and only take on repairs we are confident about.
How much does a repair cost?
Repairs are priced individually, depending on how much needs replacing, so we quote after seeing your photos. Your quote shows the price and the tracked postage before you pay anything.
Can I post my shirt to you?
Yes. Once you have paid we email a prepaid QR code, sent via our delivery partner Royal Mail, for you to show at any Post Office. We send the shirt back by Royal Mail Tracked.
Can I drop it off instead?
Yes, if you are local. Our Warwick office is available for drop-off and collection, with easy parking. Choose it when you request your quote and we will agree a time.
